ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed seeking a direction to the learned VII Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hastinapuram, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.71 of 2015 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible, on the ground that the petitioner/complainant advanced his arguments in the month of October, 2016 and since then, the matter is being adjourned for the arguments of the counsel appearing for the accused on flimsy grounds. 2.

It is the duty of the Court to decide the criminal matters on day to day basis to avoid undue delay in deciding the case and the Court is not bound to adjourn the matter at request of the counsel for the accused. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the VII Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hastinapuram, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.71 of 2015 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 45 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, the Criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
