Heard Sri M.Brahma Reddi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the fair price shop dealer of shop No.11 of 10th Ward of Ipur village, Ipur Mandal of Guntur district. His authorisation was suspended by proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 05-8-2014.

To the show cause notice issued to him, the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 12-9-2014.

The 2nd respondent upon considering the explanation restored the authorisation of the petitioner by imposing fine of Rs.500/-. Inspite of the direction issued by the 2nd respondent, the 3rd respondent has not issued essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner for the month of February, 2015.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has been forcing the petitioner to go on leave and has not been supplying the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner. Under these circumstances, he filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop.

4. Obviously, the petitioner's application for renewal of the authorisation is pending with the respondents. Therefore, the authorisation is deemed to be in force and the respondents have to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner till the allegations are proved against him.

5. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner so long as his authorisation is in force. The

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
