THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37501 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "...to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in allowing the 12th respondent to take up construction activities without following due process of law and despite the orders of this Hon'ble Court as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, in direct violation of the provisions of Act 30 of 2013 and offending out rights under Article 14, Article 19, Article 21 and article 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to stop the construction activities and restore the possession and topography of the petitioners lands to previous position along with payment of appropriate compensation for damages and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to in the interest of justice..." Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the learned Advocate General submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action. Since the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of the aforesaid submission, recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners without following due

process of law. In case, petitioners aggrieved by any of the actions of the respondents, it is always open for them to avail remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
