THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36859 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied on 04.01.2017 in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and that the 3rd respondent has not passed orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider and dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dt.04.01.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
