The present Civil Revision Petition arises out of an order dismissing the application seeking condonation of delay in preferring the appeal against the final decree. But, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal against the preliminary decree itself was allowed. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
