This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents No.1 and 2 in not taking appropriate action to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the Respondents No.3 to 8 at portion of premises No.1-8-315, Pattigadda, Begumpet, Hyderabad, inspite of the orders of the Hon'ble Courts as illegal and arbitrary"

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure - I.
