Both the de facto complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 in Crime No.49 of 2018 on the file of Nizamabad IV Town Police Station, Nizamabad, for the offences punishable u/ secs.498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 397 r/ w 34 IPC, present before the Court, stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission, vide I.A.No.2 of 2018, to record the compromise and to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. Heard both the parties and perused the record. In view of the compromise between the parties, they are permitted to compound the offences.
In the result, IA No.2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2018 on the file of Nizamabad IV Town Police Station, Nizamabad, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 herein and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
