Petitioners' grievance is that they have preferred an appeal No.G/7953/2011 before the 3rd respondent challenging the order dt.09.09.2011 of the 4th respondent under the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and the 3rd respondent has not disposed of the same till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent states that the 3rd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
