Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader Revenue for respondents 1 to 3.

Petitioner filed the present writ petition complaining the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the Revision filed on 22.12.2016 under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') by the petitioner against the 4th respondent.

The Government Pleader Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to 4th respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner on 22.12.2016 under Section 9 of the said Act within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to 4th respondent, and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
