Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Second petitioner's grievance is that several representations had been made, last of which on 29.12.2016 seeking regularization of possession of the subject land pursuant to G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59 dated 30.12.2014, to respondent No.3 and respondent No.3 is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.3 will consider the said application within two months and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 29.12.2016 made by second petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
