Petitioner had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 24.06.2016 to the 2nd respondent for mutation in respect of the subject land and contends that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said application and take appropriate action within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.
