HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 5 4 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Aswaraopet Police Station, dated 02.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "At the outset, it is respectfully submitted that on coming to know the filing of the present Writ Petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records including the Station General Diary of this respondent Police Station of Aswaraopet Police Station as to whether any complaint has been received or registered any case against the petitioners herein.

The records revealed that as of now, no complaint whatsoever was received in this respondent Police Station against the petitioners in respect of the subject properties of the petitioner in question.

It is humbly submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that the defendants in the suits are very influential persons and they are influencing the revenue and police officials and hence the revenue and police authorities are pressurizing them to settle the matter with them is absolutely false, baseless and hence denied.

It is submitted that though the petitioner made allegations against the defendant in the suits who alleged to have been interfering with the suit schedule lands in question, for the reasons best known to him not made them as party respondents to this Writ Petition.

I humbly submit that there are no specific allegations against this respondent police in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. It is humbly submitted that this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes much less the dispute of the petitioner herein. At any point of time, this respondent never interfered with the suit schedule properties of the petitioners nor any case registered against the petitioners herein over the subject lands in question."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Aswaraopet Police Station, dated 02.11.2018, with a further direction to the respondents herein not to meddle with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible, in accordance with law.
