ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.467 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against petitioners/A2 to A4.

Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for extension of time', learned counsel for petitioners Sri T. Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, requested the Court to made absolute the interim order granted by this Court on 23.12.2014 till disposal of the aforesaid C.C. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not oppose the said request since the trial has already been commenced. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the request made by learned counsel for petitioners and the same is unopposed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the interim order dated 23.12.2014 granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16954 of 2014 is made absolute. However, petitioners/A2 to A4 are directed to appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is required till pronouncement of judgment.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
