ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 04.09.2013, in Writ Petition No.25910 of 2013.

After the case was adjourned on 26.12.2014, upon placing on record the representation of the respondent that he will review his earlier decision regarding the quantum of punishment imposed on the Village Revenue Officer, Bheemavaram Village, the respondent has issued proceedings in Rc.No.A3/385/2013, dated

28.01.2015, a copy of which is filed along the additional affidavit, whereby he has dismissed P.Prabhakar Rao, former Village Revenue Officer, Bheemavaram Village, Yerrupalem Mandal, Khammam District for the misconduct of misappropriation of huge public money and ordered recovery of the same from him under Revenue Recovery Act. In his additional affidavit, the respondent has prayed for closing the Contempt Case. In the light of the corrective steps taken by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
