Petitioner's grievance is that he filed an application on 11.02.2016 to respondent No.4 for making entries in the pahanies in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.12 guntas in Sy.No.937/a of Raikal Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, and also sought a direction to respondent No.5 to fix boundaries of the said survey number but respondent No.4 is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.4 will consider the said representation within a period of six weeks, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
