Petitioner's grievance is that at her request to demarcate her land, survey was commenced by the 3rd respondent and notice of said survey was also issued on 10.10.2017, but the said survey has not been completed till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 states that the 1st respondent will complete the survey as sought by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the survey as sought by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
