Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents. The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.31 of Chennamukkapalli Village, Rayachoty Mandal, Y.S.R. District in the year 1995. While so, the shop of the petitioner was inspected by the Vigilance and Enforcement officials of Rayachoty and some variation in the stock was noticed.

A show cause notice was issued on 16.06.2015 and the petitioner submitted her explanation on 29.06.2015. After receiving explanation, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended by order dated 08.07.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. This Court carefully perused the variations in three quantities and in view of the variations in three quantities this Court is not interfering with the pending enquiry before the third respondentTahsildar, Rayachoty. In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in respect of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and complete the same within 30 days from the date of receipt a copy of this order by giving due opportunity to the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
