Petitioner's grievance is that he had approached the 3rd respondent on 14.06.2016 in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent states that 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
