Learned counsel for the petitioners filed IA.No.1 of 2018 stating that though this Court on 28.11.2017 granted interim order, asking the petitioners to present the documents before the 3rd respondent and also directing the 3rd respondent to entertain the same, the petitioners have not presented the documents for registration as the matter was settled with the third parties; and that the petitioners does not want to pursue the litigation and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the same, permission is accorded. But, if any document is presented by the petitioners for registration, the Registrar may refuse the same and recall the same if the same is registered.

Subject to above, IA.No.1 of is ordered.

Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
