This Company Application is filed by the applicant- Transferor Company for a direction to convene the meetings of its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors.

This Court, by Order, dated 24-12-2014, appointed Mr.I.Koti Reddy, Advocate, as the Chair Person to convene the meeting of the equity shareholders and Mr.S.V.Ramana, Advocate, as the Chair Person to convene the meeting of the unsecured loan holders and creditors of the applicant- Transferor Company.

Both the Chairpersons have submitted their

respective reports. These reports are taken on record and the Company Application is disposed of accordingly.
