THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.1030 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in sealing the Electricity Meter bearing No.224, without any authority under law, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the allegation that the official respondents have sealed the meter, is false, and there is no such seal affected.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed, as there is no cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
