THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40993 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents 1 to 5, and Sri G.Narender Reddy, Standing Counsel for 7th respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are proposing to lay a canal through Korlakunta Hamlet of Bollaram Grampanchayat, Pangal Mandal, Mahabubmagar as part of Rajeev Lift Irrigation Project under Bheema Phase II and this project would affect the petitioner and other villagers in the said village.

3. Although counsel for the petitioner states that a representation opposing this project was given on 03.12.2013 by the villagers of the said village to the 3rd respondent, having regard to the fact that substantial time has elapsed since then, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the 4t h respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within six (06) weeks thereafter and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
