Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner is that he has made an application on 24.01.2017 to 3rd respondent for mutation of his name in the Revenue Records and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land, and that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that petitioner ought to apply in Form 6-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 to the 3rd respondent with supporting documents, and if such application is made, the 3rd respondent will take further action in the matter in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to apply in Form 6-A to the 3rd respondent with supporting material for mutation and issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed for the subject land, and within six (06) weeks on receipt of such application, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action in that regard, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
