Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 01.08.2017 to the 4th respondent for issuance of paatadar passbook and title deed stating that he purchased the subject property from the 5th respondent, and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said application, after notice to 5th respondent, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application dt.01.08.2017 in Form 6A of the Act submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to 5th respondent, and communicate his decision to the petitioner, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
