HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 5 3 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, on the basis of written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on the basis of the complaint and after holding enquiry, police registered Petty Case No.316/ 2018 and filed a charge sheet on 08.11.2018 in the Court of the XVII-Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, and the Court imposed fine also.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and accordingly the same is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
