HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 34749 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that he was working as Village Revenue Assistant and was placed under suspension by the fourth respondent and that he is entitled to seek re-instatement into service in accordance with Rule 44 of Village Revenue Assistant Service Rules, 2005. He contends that inspite of representation dated 20.04.2017 having been made to the second respondent, no action has been taken by the second respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for services appearing for respondents, states that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 20.04.2017, made by the petitioner, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
