HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 7 7 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Badvel Urban Police Station, Kadapa District, dated 12.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the writ petitioner herein filed the present Writ Petition by raising certain allegations that the respondent Police are interfering in the civil disputes, which is existing between the writ petitioner herein and the 4th respondent herein. He further alleged that though the writ petitioner herein complained about the illegal acts of the unofficial respondent to the 2nd respondent herein, no action has been initiated against the 4th respondent. All the allegations are incorrect and baseless and are concocted for filing of the present Writ Petition only.

It is submitted that the respondent Police did not know about the issue existing between the writ petitioner and the 4th respondent herein till today. Apart from that, the 3rd respondent herein did not receive any endorsement from the office of the 2nd respondent herein in connection with the alleged report, dated 16.10.2018. It is pertinent to mention here that this respondent came to know that the copy of the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner to the 2nd respondent herein was forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Mydukuru, for enquiry and the same is pending.

It is submitted that this respondent did not commit any illegality or irregularity as alleged by the writ petitioner in not registering the crime or interfering with the disputes existing between the writ petitioner herein and the 4th respondent herein. Hence, the allegation of the writ petitioner herein is denied herewith. This respondent has great respect on the Courts and its orders. If the writ petitioner herein submits any complaint in connection with the alleged illegal acts of the 4th respondent herein, or any endorsement will obtain from the Office of the 2nd respondent, this respondent will register the same as crime and will take up investigation. This respondent will obey the orders if any passed by this Hon'ble Court in connection with the present Writ Petition."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Badvel Urab Police Station, Kadapa District, dated 12.11.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-plice authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
