Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The CRP is directed against the order dated 27.07.2015 in E.P.No.48 of 2009 in F.C.O.P.No.11 of 2008 in the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Nellore. Through the impugned order, the learned Judge directed issuance of NBW for non-payment of maintenance granted in F.C.O.P.No.11 of 2008. The learned Judge has given reasons, referred to earlier orders of executing Court and

C.R.P.No.2381 of 2010 of this Court. The gist of executing Court's finding is that there is substantial compliance with all procedural aspects. I have perused the material available on record and also taken note the objections raised by the petitioner. The revision is filed under Section 115 CPC. The jurisdiction of this Court in a revision under Section 115 CPC is defined and in my view the petitioner has not made out any case to attract the scope of revisional jurisdiction of this Court.
