Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 5 (5) of the Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 3rd respondent challenging the mutation made in favour of some third parties in respect of land claimed by him.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
