THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36126 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' case is that petitioners had applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds to the 3rd respondent on 18-04-17 and 03-10-2017 and that the 3rd respondent has not disposed of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioners ought to apply in Form-6A as prescribed in the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") , if they wish to seek mutation or issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, and after petitioners makes such an application, the 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to approach the 3rd respondent by filing application in form-6A of the Act, and if such application is filed, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the same within two (02) months of the filing of the said application. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
