HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26871 of 2015 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the l i s in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 03.03.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.6690 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.03.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.6690 of 2016 and the 3rd respondent is directed to cause a survey for demarcating the lands of the petitioner by considering the representations dated 28.11.2014, 29.11.2014, 04.12.2014 and 26.12.2014 submitted by the petitioner after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner, if no order is passed as on today. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.6690 of 2016, dated 03.03.2016.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
