HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39588 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring all the settlement records prepared under the provisions of the Estate Abolition Act, 1948 pertaining to Rushikonda (Agraharam) Village, as illegal and arbitrary and also to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in not determining/adjudicating the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 3(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956 (for short 'the Act'), as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2018 filed under Section 3(1) of the Act. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2018, in accordance with law and take action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
