Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

A perusal of the material available on record discloses that the petitioner herein filed the present Writ Petition, without approaching the police and lodging a complaint, for redressal of his grievance. In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to make a complaint, for consideration of the respondent-police authorities, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
