This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.38 of 2018 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Ghatkesar Village and Mandal, Medchal District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A.1 did not move any application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before the Court of Sessions concerned. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioner/A.1 is at liberty to file an application before the Court of Sessions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 4.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
