This petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering petitioner's claim for renewal of his contract period by disposing his representation dated 17.10.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Bhaskar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court disposes the writ petition, with a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
