The petitioner made an application through Mee Seva on 18-03-2015 seeking pattadar passbook and title deeds and mutation of his name in the revenue records with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.6-841⁄2 cents in Sy.No.36 situated at Ulavarapalli Village, Podalakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. The petitioner states that his vendor was having pattadar pass books and title deeds with regard to the land in question and the same was purchased by him. Alleging inaction of the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Since the application is pending from 18-03-2015, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
