Sri Y.Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted a letter before the Registry, dated 05.06.2017 seeking to grant permission to withdraw the Writ Petition as the parties have compromised the matter.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
