THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION Nos. 15, 16, 17 and 18 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER:

On 29.01.2014, this Court ordered notice to the respondents, but the same was returned un-served. The petitioner Bank has not chosen to file an application seeking substituted service of notice.

While things stood thus, today when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner Bank seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petitions since the petitioner Bank is no longer interested in pursuing same. As the Company Petitions are not admitted, there is no impediment for this Court to accede to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner Bank.
