THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.39604 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 06.09.2018 to the third respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 06.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
