According to the petitioner his late father Rasamalla Mallaiah was the owner and in possession of agricultural lands of Adivimajeed Village, Mulugu Mandal, Medak District, as mentioned in Para No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Petitioner's father died on 05.11.2014 leaving him as the sole legal heir.

According to the petitioner on 11.02.2016 he has submitted an application to enter his name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 4.

The petitioner enclosed the receipt at page No.13 of the writ petition paper book issued by A.P. Online evidencing receipt of application for mutation and for issuance of e-pattedar pass book. 5.

That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits directing the Tahsildar, Mulugu Mandal, Medak District, to examine the claim of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records concerning the subject property and for issuance of e-pattedar pass book, and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, by following the due procedure as required and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
