Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to raise all contentions in the Court below.

In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed withdrawn granting liberty as sought and the trial Court is directed to decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made by it in its order dt.09-02-2018 in I.A.No.7 of 2018 in O.S.No.3 of 2018 or by the lower appellate Court in its order dt.10-08-2018 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2018. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
