HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8679 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-8 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(ii) (v), (ix), (xv) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2) The defacto-complainant and the accused person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
