HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.970 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard arguments.

This revision is preferred against the proceedings, dated 02.03.2015, in I.A.No.223 of 2015 in A.S.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the XIV Additional District Judge, Vijaywada and this Court on 13.03.2015 in CRPMP.No.1290 of 2015 granted interim injunction and on 20.03.2015 in CRPMP.No.1394 of 2015 granted interim direction. Aggrieved by the same, respondent herein approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Appeal Nos.9730-9731 of 2015 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court by an order dated 31.03.2015 directed both parties to maintain status quo and directed the Court below to hear the injunction petition and dispose of it in accordance with law and observed that C.R.P.No.970 of 2015 shall be deemed to have been disposed of.

2. Now, in view of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this revision is to be treated as disposed of and accordingly, ordered. No costs.
