Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The petitioners' grievance is that their appeal is pending before respondent No.3 i.e., Revenue Divisional Officer, Bodhan, Nizamabad District, and that he has not been disposing of the same in spite of the specific direction issued by this Court while disposing of WP.No.26601 of 2011 on 16-02-2016.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states, on instructions, that respondent No.3 i.e., Revenue Divisional Officer, Bodhan, Nizamabad District, will decide the said appeal within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 i.e., Revenue Divisional Officer, Bodhan, Nizamabad District, to decide the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioners before him within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Status quo prevailing as on today shall be maintained in all respects till disposal of the said appeal.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.46702 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
