THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4677 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.3 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.221 of 2014 on the file of the Tanuku Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 307 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The alleged occurrence took place on 25.05.2014 and the complaint was lodged belatedly on 15.11.2014. Further, the allegations against the petitioners herein are vague in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.

In the circumstances, the petitioners/A.1 and A.3 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within a period of fifteen days from today and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioners/A.1 and A.3 are directed to report before the Station House Officer as and when required.
