HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39622 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the notice in Rc.No.12/ 2018/ FCS/ 2, dated 29.10.2018 issued by the fourth respondent, thereby proposing to conduct meeting of Executive Body of Godavarru Fishermen Co-operative Society Limited, for discussing and considering no-confidence motion against the President of the Society, as illegal and irregular. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries, on instructions, submits that the persons, who have initiated no-confidence motion on 03.11.2018 against the President has withdraw the notice. Hence, the proposed meeting on no-confidence motion was not held on 04.11.2018 and accordingly nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
