Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
The petitioner's grievance is that he had made an application on 03.07.2017 in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of his property to the 3rd respondent, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action in that regard.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.03.07.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action in that regard. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
