Gachibowli, Cyberabad. the Court made the following ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.142 of 2015 of Gachibowli P.S., Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 & 6 of PITA Act and Section 370 (A)(2) of I.P.C.
The case of the prosecution is that on 17-04-2015 at 19.30 hours on credible information of an organized prostitution at the subject premises, L.W.9 immediately summoned the panchas to Gachibowli Police Station, and he along with other staff conducted raid at the subject premises and in the premises it was found that there was laptop and 17 mobile phones and other five male persons and also found one bed and dining table and other utensils. On enquiry it was confirmed that the accused are conducting organized prostitution and transporting the girls and sending call girls to prospective customers at various star hotels.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even
according to the remand report, the police have not complied with the provisions of Section 41 (A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is mandatory. He further submits that the entire investigation is completed except filing of charge-sheet. He further submits that the petitioner/accused No.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 18-04-2015.

Considering these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Cyberabad and the petitioner shall report before the S.H.O. concerned daily for a period of fifteen days.
