Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he sought for survey and demarcation of the lands claimed by him through an application dt. 15.09.2017 made to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 2nd respondent will take action pursuant to the petitioner's application dt. 15.09.2017 within two months, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as other affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take action pursuant to the petitioner's application dt. 15.09.2017, after issuing notice to all the affected parties, including the petitioner, and complete the survey within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
