Heard counsel for petitioners and the learned Advocate General appearing for respondents.

Petitioners, who are in occupation of land of small extents in Bojagutta, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, have filed this Writ Petition apprehending that their houses will be demolished without any prior notice and that they are entitled to seek regularization of their occupation under G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue Assignment (II) Department, dt.3012.2014. 3.
Learned Advocate General appearing for respondents has filed a Memo, signed by the Special Government Pleader, on behalf of the respondents to the following affect: "It is respectfully submitted that the respondents have undertaken to provide residential accommodation under the 2BHK Scheme and in pursuance to which the individuals who are in possession of the land have agreed to vacate the houses voluntarily and hand over the same. The Writ Petitioners excluding petitioner Nos.7 and 14, are entitled to the benefit under the said 2BHK Scheme. In so far as the petitioner No7 is concerned, she was not identified as she was not found to be in possession during the socioeconomic survey. Insofar as petitioner No.14 is
concerned, she has not consented to the said Scheme."

The fact that except petitioners No.7 and 14, the other petitioners have given undertaking to deliver their houses voluntarily in consideration of getting houses under 2BHK Scheme is not disputed by the counsel for petitioners. 5.
In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed to allot houses under 2BHK Scheme to the petitioners, except petitioners 7 and 14, as and when construction of said houses is completed by the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
